Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused and unopened

  • In original packaging

  • With receipt or proof of purchase

📦 Return address will be shared only after return approval.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide complete return instructions.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shivamremedisbarmer@gmail.com.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care & wellness products (opened or used)

  • Perishable goods

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

European Union Orders

Orders shipped to the European Union may be canceled or returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

  • Product is unopened & unused

  • Returned within 14 days

  • Original packaging is intact

After inspection, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
