ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. In such cases, customers will be notified via email or phone.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship across India.

International shipping may be available on select products and locations. Availability, charges, and delivery timelines for international orders will be communicated at checkout or via email.

DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time within India is 3–10 business days, depending on:

  • Delivery location

  • Courier partner

  • External factors beyond our control

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

Saraswat Veda reserves the right to revise shipping charges at any time without prior notice.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

Tracking updates depend on the courier partner and may take time to reflect.

DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes, lockdowns, or unforeseen events

Such delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

INCORRECT ADDRESS / FAILED DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

If an order is delayed, returned, or lost due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete details

  • Unavailability of recipient

Saraswat Veda will not be responsible, and re-shipping costs (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.

DAMAGED PACKAGES DURING SHIPPING

If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

If damage is discovered after delivery, inform us within 48 hours with clear photos and an unboxing video (if available).

PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to product availability or logistics. There will be no additional shipping charges for such shipments unless communicated in advance.

CHANGE OR CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Any approved returns or refunds will be processed strictly as per our Refund & Return Policy.
